M&R Launches 2025 Employee Engagement Survey
M&R invites all associates to make their voices heard by participating in the Annual Employee Engagement Survey, May 5-18. This is an opportunity for employees to share their feedback, highlight what’s working well and help identify areas where the company can grow and improve.
To participate, employees will select a randomly assigned tag number shared by their general manager to access the survey system. The survey should take just 5-10 minutes to complete by computer or smartphone and is completely confidential.
At the heart of the survey is M&R’s commitment to building a more connected, inclusive and positive work environment. Employee insights play a key role in shaping decisions related to communication, leadership, training, recognition and other aspects that impact the everyday workplace experience.
“Our goal is to create a healthy and thriving workplace where employees feel heard and valued, are connected to their roles and contribute positively to the company culture,” said Cleo Clarke, vice president of the People & Culture team. “We are always looking for ways to improve engagement and empower associates to achieve their full potential.
