Kristy Alfaro Promoted to Director of Front Office at TownePlace Suites

Kristy Alfaro has been promoted to director of front office at the TownePlace Suites Manhattan/Times Square, a milestone that reflects dedication, leadership and remarkable growth within the company.

Kristy began her hospitality journey with M&R in January 2019 as a waitress at the Brookville Bar & Grill in the Holiday Inn New York JFK Airport. With a passion for connecting with guests and a strong desire to grow, she transitioned to the front desk as a guest service agent. Her strong work ethic, leadership and genuine care for guests and team members quickly earned her promotion to front desk supervisor, a role she held with pride until October 2023.

Kristy’s commitment to service and operational excellence was further recognized when she joined TownePlace Suites Manhattan/Times Square as a brand ambassador on task force in late 2023. There, she played a key role in enhancing front office operations and elevating guest satisfaction. In January 2024, she stepped into the role of front desk manager at the Comfort Inn JFK Airport, where she helped foster a warm and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
