Antione Holley Promoted to Area Chief Engineer
Antione Holley, a hospitality professional with more than three decades of experience, has been promoted to area chief engineer for the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square South and The Hotel Alameda at the Highline. This promotion reflects Antione’s technical expertise, hands-on leadership style and longstanding commitment to excellence in hotel engineering.
Antione, who joined M&R in 2021, previously served as chief engineer for the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square South, where he became a trusted leader and valued team member. His hospitality journey began in 1992 as a houseman, followed by roles as a busboy, server and host at a hotel restaurant. He spent weekends volunteering for engineering shifts at a Holiday Inn in Syracuse, New York — planting the seeds for a lifelong career.
In the years that followed, Antione broadened his experience by working as superintendent for an apartment complex and in construction, but his true passion remained hospitality. He returned to hotel life at the former Genesee Grande Hotel Syracuse, where he rose through the ranks from line-level engineer to engineering supervisor over the course of a decade. His leadership and technical acumen led him to the Hilton Garden Inn JFK, where he served as an engineer and then assistant chief engineer over an eight-year tenure.
Known by his colleagues for his “approachable leadership style and enthusiasm,” Antione is a dynamic, relationship-driven individual who inspires those around him. Outside of his professional accomplishments, Antione enjoys watching sports, gaming, spending quality time with his family and recently developed a love for cooking.
“Congratulations to Antione on his well-earned promotion,” said David Ruas, area general manager who oversees the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square South and Hotel Alameda at the Highline. “He brings experience, leadership and integrity to his role, and is a valued member of our team.”
